Terms & Conditions
These Terms and Conditions govern participation in the Good Goods Giveaway, a promotional lucky draw campaign conducted by House of Good Goods. By participating in this campaign, the participant agrees to comply with and be bound by the following terms.
1. Organiser
- The Good Goods Giveaway is an ongoing promotional campaign.
- Weekly lucky draws will be conducted at regular intervals.
- The Organiser reserves the right to modify, pause, or discontinue the campaign at any time without prior notice.
2. Campaign Duration
- The contest is open to residents of India only.
- Participants must be 18 years of age or above.
- Employees, distributors, retailers, dealers, and immediate family members of House of Good Goods are not eligible to participate.
4. How to Participate
To enter the Good Goods Giveaway:
- Purchase any House of Good Goods product from a participating retail store.
- After payment, scan the QR code provided at the store.
- You will be redirected to the official entry form on the House of Good Goods website.
- Fill in the required details:
- Name
- Mobile Number
- District
- Location
- Shop Name
- Bill / Invoice Number
- Submit the form to complete your entry.
Each valid submission will be considered for the weekly lucky draw.
5. Entry Rules & Restrictions
- Only one entry per mobile number per week is allowed.
- Each bill/invoice number can be used only once.
- Duplicate submissions of the same bill/invoice from different mobile numbers will be rejected.
- Participants must retain the original purchase bill/invoice for verification.
- Incomplete, incorrect, or false entries will not be considered.
- Entries submitted through any method other than the official QR-linked form will be invalid.
6. Winner Selection
- Winners will be selected through a random lucky draw conducted weekly.
- The selection process will be managed and supervised by the Organiser.
- The Organiser’s decision regarding winner selection will be final and binding.
7. Prizes
- Prizes are non-transferable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed for cash unless specified otherwise.
- The Organiser reserves the right to substitute any prize with another of equal or higher value if required.
8. Winner Notification & Verification
- Winners will be contacted via their registered mobile number.
- Winners may be required to provide:
- Original purchase bill/invoice
- Valid identity proof
- If a winner fails to respond or provide required documents within 7 days, the prize may be forfeited and an alternate winner may be selected.
9. Disqualification
- The Organiser reserves the right to disqualify any participant if:
- Multiple entries are submitted using the same bill/invoice
- Duplicate or fraudulent entries are detected
- False or misleading information is provided
- Any attempt is made to manipulate or tamper with the campaign process
10. Data Privacy
Personal information collected (Name, Mobile Number, District, etc.) will be used only for:
- Campaign administration
- Winner communication
- Promotional and marketing communication from House of Good Goods (if applicable)
- Participant data will not be sold or shared with third parties except where required for campaign execution or by law.
11. Publicity Consent

12. Limitation of Liability
The Organiser is not responsible for:
- Failed, delayed, or incomplete entries due to technical or network issues
- Loss, damage, or injury arising from participation or use of prizes
- The Organizer reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the campaign in case of unforeseen circumstances.
13. Legal Jurisdiction
- This campaign is subject to applicable laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or in connection with this promotion shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Kerala.
14. Additional Legal & Compliance Clauses
- No Entry Fee
Participation in the Good Goods Giveaway is free. The campaign is a promotional activity and does not involve any additional participation fee apart from the regular purchase of House of Good Goods products. - No Lottery or Gambling
This promotion is a consumer engagement and promotional activity intended to encourage product awareness and sales. It does not constitute a lottery, gambling activity, or prize scheme under applicable Indian laws. - Purchase Requirement
Entry is linked to a genuine retail purchase of House of Good Goods products from authorised retail outlets. - Fair Usage Policy
House of Good Goods reserves the right to: - Verify the authenticity of purchase bills/invoices
- Reject suspicious, bulk, automated, or manipulated entries
- Limit participation in case of misuse or abnormal entry patterns
- Tax Liability
Any applicable taxes, duties, or levies related to the prize, if applicable under Indian law, shall be the responsibility of the winner. - Right to Audit
